Open to a current employee, retiree, or former employee of Sun Life Canada (Philippines), Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates
Requirements:

Email an accomplished Regular Membership Application Form and a Group Voluntary Life Insurance Application Form to admin@bestgemcoop.com

Pay a one-time membership fee of P100, the initial share capital of P100, and your monthly Savings Deposit amount
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
Open to spouse, child, parent, or sibling of a Best Gem Cooperative regular member.
Requirements:

Pay a one-time membership fee of P100

For the monthly Savings Deposit, you may directly deposit to Best Gem’s bank account or deduct from the regular member's monthly contribution
